Poca chiarezza sui prezzi: una piega € 9.90 sul cartellone esposto all'esterno, sono uscita di là pagando € 18 dopo aver "subito" uno shampoo specifico (specifico x cosa non me lo hanno detto...) che x me era di qualità molto bassa . Hanno fatto tutto loro...insomma la prossima volta la piega la farò a casa e mai più da loro... Negative experience. Barba fatta con la squadra ed effetto faded fatto con mano leggerissima...un vero professionista della lama corta. Se siete in vena di ironia, chiedete al Valter cosa è successo a Rimini quella sera... non offre caffe ne tanto meno kebab come indicato in altre recensioni. Mi hanno veramente coccolata e sono uscita con il buon umore e ottimo taglio. I ragazzi che lavorano dentro formano ottima squadra. Sono solari, gentili e amichevoli.Tornerò volentieri. It was a positive experience. The shop is very nice. I came with the groupon, but I felt like the best customer. They really pampered me and I went out with a good mood and excellent cut. The guys who work inside form an excellent team. They are cheerful, kind and friendly. I will gladly return.

Il tizio effemminato con i capelli grigi ha una voce fastidiosa, rintuona e da fastidio assai. They are unable to do their job. Ambiente pulito e moderno, mi ha tagliato i capelli una signora gentilissima, professionale e disponibile, che ha saputo subito capire cosa desiderassi. Sono stata trattata benissimo. Mi sono presentata all’orario indicato e ho trovato l’attività chiusa con le serrande abbassate. Dopo aver cercato invano di contattare i numeri forniti per via Bertola, noto che c’è un’altra sede in corso Spezia e chiamo lì, mi rispondono che quella mattina “non so chi” non aveva aperto il negozio perché “non si è sentito bene” e mi propongono di andare da loro ma sia perché lontano che, devo ammetterlo, per principio decido di non accettare. La professionalità si vede anche in queste cose, trovo assolutamente non giustificabile non avermi avvisata, potevo venire da fuori Torino! Fate vobis! N.B. Ovviamente non ho ricevuto nessun messaggio di scuse per l’accaduto. I booked a coupon appointment after reading the reviews on groupon (alas I didn't read the google ones). Cortesia e precisione, un lavoro assolutamente ben eseguito, ha capito esattamente cosa volessi ed è riuscito a soddisfare pienamente. Non do 5 stelle perché l'orario dell'appuntamento, unica nota di demerito, non è stato rispettato di oltre mezz'ora.
