Abbiamo preso appuntamento per fare la proposta di contratto nello stesso istante come altri clienti e l'agenzia ci ha accettati entrambi. Quando l'agenzia ha notato questo proprio sbaglio di mancata trasparenza e comunicazione all'interno della propria struttura, ci hanno fatto false speranze che avremmo comunque preso l'appartamento, ci hanno mentito, presi in giro e fatto perdere tanto tempo e la possibilità di prendere potenziali altri appartamenti che ci sarebbero piaciuti, per poi dirci che non ci avrebbero dato l'appartamento. Un vero caso di mancanza di professionalità e onestà. Davvero sconsigliabile rivolgersi a quest'agenzia We were going to rent an apartment through this agency.
