★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bello ma...manca qualcosa. Un buon prodotto con un profumo rustico e vero che, però, manca un po' d'attenzione. Molta personalità e cura negli allestimenti, personale competente ed attento dotato di una buona preparazione tecnica, necessaria perché il prodotto necessita di essere spiegato. Un bellissimo negozio, prestigioso ed, allo stesso tempo, non pretenzioso. Merita di essere conosciuto.
Nice but ... something is missing. A good product with a rustic flavor and true, however, lack a little 'attention. Much personality and care in the fittings, competent and attentive staff with good technical preparation, necessary because the product needs to be explained. A beautiful shop, prestigious and, at the same time not pretentious. It deserves to be known.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilissima la signora che ci ha servito peccato che la città sembra un ghetto palazzoni tipo alveare tutti non uno no rotonde poche indicazioni stradali non visto verde brutta città si ma questo negozio è una chicca .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovato x caso ed entrato spinto dalla curiosità, fin dell'ingresso sono stato avvolto da un BUON ODORE, anzi PROFUMO di cuoio, come da anni non mi capitava: direi INEBRIANTE!
Found by chance and entered prompted by curiosity, right from the entrance I was enveloped by a GOOD SMELL, or rather, SCENT of leather, as I have not had for years: I would say INEBRIANT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience ever. No chance to get your money back once you've bought something. Was gifted a bag, couldn't use it and never used it, send it back to Italy, was only offered a voucher, which I could only use for something else I couldn't use. (It's a high priced leather store, so there are no alternatives to buy something else).
So no money back and no chance to resell the voucher. Please consider this whenever you want to buy something or present to someone else. Leather might be nice but customer service is not up to date and very bad.
