Acquisto portafoglio Roncato (euro 40,00), richiesto pacchetto regalo: "da aggiungere un euro", mi sono rifiutato e alla richiesta di fornirmi almeno il foglio/bustina:"non è possibile- non lo diamo"
E' la prima volta nella mia vita che mi capita una cosa del genere.

Disappointing experience due to the unkindness of Sigra at the cashier.
Purchase Roncato wallet (40.00 euros), gift package requested: "to add one euro", I refused and when asked to provide me at least the sheet / sachet: "it's not possible - we won't give it"

I bought two gifts in this suitcase, both very appreciated. The shop is well stocked (both for men and women) and the staff is courteous. I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale maleducato nei confronti dei bambini, complimenti alla proprietaria (o commessa) che si è fatta sentire ad alta voce con una frase molto antipatica solo perché la nostra bambina aveva toccato una combinazione di una valigia. Avevamo intenzione di comprare una borsa, ma questo episodio ci ha spinto a stare alla larga dal vostro negozio. Avrei dato meno di una stella se fosse stato possibile.
Rude staff towards children, congratulations to the owner (or shop assistant) who made herself heard out loud with a very unpleasant phrase only because our little girl had touched a combination of a suitcase. We intended to buy a bag, but this episode prompted us to stay away from your shop. I would have given less than a star if it had been possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo assortimento e qualità. Non posso dire purtroppo la stessa cosa per la modalità di pagamento.
Acquisto una valigia Roncato (circa 90€) e chiedo di pagare con carta. La signora alla cassa mi dice che è rotto e posso solo pagare in contanti ma non ne ho a disposizione, pertanto le chiedo di indicarmi uno sportello per potere andare a prelevare e mi indirizza alla banca fronte (chiedendomi anche di fare presto perché era in chiusura).
Lo sportello purtroppo non funziona e torno in negozio cercando di trovare una soluzione e.... Magia! Il pos diventa funzionante dopo una chiamata al proprietario.
Evidentemente la commessa non sapeva usarlo ma ciò non deve diventare un problema del cliente (che si trova a fare avanti e indietro sotto il sole di agosto per cercare un bancomat).
Excellent assortment and quality. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the payment method.
I buy a Roncato suitcase (about 90 €) and ask to pay by card. The lady at the cashier tells me that it is broken and I can only pay in cash but I don't have any available, so I ask her to show me a counter to be able to go and withdraw and she directs me to the front bank (also asking me to hurry up because it was closing ).
Unfortunately the door doesn't work and I go back to the shop trying to find a solution and .... Magic! The pos becomes functional after a call to the owner.
Evidently the saleswoman did not know how to use it but this must not become a problem for the customer (who has to go back and forth under the August sun to look for an ATM).
