Mi hanno fatto attendere 1 mese e mezzo, perché avrebbero dovuto spedire il mio bracciale insieme ad altri che necessitavano di assistenza. Vado a ritirare il bracciale riparato o sostituito (non lo so e non lo sapevano nemmeno loro) e mi chiedono 5 euro!!! Prima hanno detto che era per la spedizione e poi hanno rigirato la frittata dicendo che l'avevo rotto io! ALLORA SIGNORE, PUNTO PRIMO se veramente quelle 5 euro erano per la spedizione, avreste dovuto spedirlo SUBITO e non farmi attendere 1 mese e mezzo. Perché a sto punto o ho pagato le spese di spedizione per tutte le altre persone che hanno portato i loro bracciali in assistenza, o vi arricchite Co ste truffe!!! PUNTO SECONDO se la casa avesse sostenuto che il problema della rottura del bracciale fosse causata da me, non me l'avrebbe nemmeno sostituito (o riparato)!!! Non che mi chiedeva 5 euro!!! Torno una seconda volta per cambiare una cosa e la proprietaria mi tratta con fare davvero arrogante. Mi ha mortificata, strillata e umiliata solamente perché avendo comprato una marca di anelli regolabili e non a taglie, dovevo necessariamente allargarli-stringerli per provarli. Alla fine mortificata ho chiesto di farmi un buono e sarei tornata con piu' calma. Un esperienza orribile. Non tornero' mai piu'. Really badly treated.
