Purtroppo andando a negozio nessuno di questi aggettivi corrisponde. Premetto che do una stella perchè il negozio è molto bello e ha molta scelta, altrimenti si meriterebbero zero. Entrando nessuna ti saluta, ti fanno aspettare mezz'ora per essere servita nonostante in quel momento non ci fosse nessuno, e ti guardano anche con aria di sufficienza. In piu l'assistenza alla vendita è pessima e scarsa, praticamente ho fatto tutto da sola, perchè la voglia di aiutarmi è stata pari a zero. Disorganizzazione al massimo. Tutta scena e poca sostanza. Semplicemente pessimi. Sotto tutti i punti di vista. Da non metterci più piede. Il personale è molto gentile e attento e ti consiglia davvero con il cuore .. infatti ho provato alcune cose che non mi donavano e loro con estrema carineria me lo hanno detto .. ed ho apprezzato davvero tantissimo perché mi hanno fatto capire che la loro priorità non è quella di fare la vendita ma quella di farti uscire “BELLA” da lì! Li ho conosciuti per caso su instagram e quindi sono voluta andare a conoscerli di persona essendo romana! Se non sapessi chi fosse la titolare avrei avuto senza dubbio difficoltà a distinguerla dal personale perché un personale che ci mette così tanto amore in quello che fa non l’ho mai visto altrove! Una commessa mi ha guidato con domande mirate e pertinenti, in poco tempo abbiamo trovato il regalo giusto. Mi hanno supportato in tutto e per tutto, non è facile in questi casi capire cosa regalare e invece ne sono uscito soddisfatto e sono sicuro che la mia ragazza apprezzerà. Molto bella la vetrina, anche dentro accogliente, senti subito il carattere del negozio, e non ti senti mai in soggezione come capita tante volte. Per la scelta dei prodotti, per la qualità dei brand selezionati a costi accessibili, per il personale super preparato e disponibile, per le sue vetrine, per il modo di proporre ed abbinare i colori ed i look.Ogni settimana sai di poter contare sempre su nuove collezioni e trovare nuove nuove ispirazioni e idee che ti possono far cambiare anche gli abbinamenti nel tuo armadio, ma non puoi non cedere alla tentazione di aggiungere un qualcosa in più che ti può far sentire una Upper Girl.. Ero già cliente affezionata quando con la sua singola vetrina Ketty e Carola facevano la differenza vicino al cinema Atlantic, ma poter seguire nel periodo del lockdown i video di Ketty su Instagram che abbinava con estrema semplicità pochi pezzi x tanti mood e x i tanti stili che contraddistingue ogni donna, credo che sia questa la chiave del successo di questo negozio. Oggi lo store e lo staff si è ingrandito, gli acquisti sono possibili anche online eppure x me, che ho pochissimo tempo da dedicare allo shopping tradizionale, non rinuncerei più a wazzappare con loro e ad abbinare il vecchio e il nuovo attraverso il loro aiuto per sentirmi sempre trendy ed adeguata in ogni occasione. Ketty e tutto il suo staff sono sempre precise, disponibili e super veloci nella spedizione degli ordini e ormai anche le mie amiche e le mie colleghe, mia mamma e le sue amiche adorano Upper, e non possono più fare a meno dei loro video e reel.
