A	ALESSIA RUGGERI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scortesia è la parola d’ordine. C’ero stata già qualche anno fa ma ho voluto dargli un’altra possibilità, a quanto pare nulla è cambiato. Io delle commesse così sgarbate non le ho MAI MAI viste, non so se siano dipendenti o titolari ma vi assicuro che neanche a regalo prenderei qualcosa da loro. Fortunatamente ci sono stessi negozi a poche decine di metri dove ho trovato tutt’altro modo di fare. Vi consiglio vivamente di passare oltre perché trovate le stesse cose che hanno loro ma con una cortesia decisamente migliore. Unkindness is the watchword. I had already been there a few years ago but I wanted to give it another chance, apparently nothing has changed. I have NEVER seen such rude orders, I do not know if they are employees or owners but I assure you that I would not take anything from them as a gift either. Fortunately, there are the same shops within a few dozen meters where I found a completely different way to do it. I highly recommend you to go further because you find the same things they have but with much better courtesy.
I	Iael Giuliani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppa.. entro colpita da abiti carini e colorati in vetrina e chiedo informazioni su dei vestiti.. la signora e il marito (credo) acidissimi volevano per forza appiopparmi questo vestito con molta arroganza e scortesia anche dopo avergli detto di essere un po’ indecisa. Ti vietano le foto (che ho tranquillamente fatto) perché i vestiti sono gli stessi che puoi trovare dai cinesi a 50/80 € in meno. Provare per credere One star is also too much .. R	Roberta londi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza molto scortesi poco professionali. .. ho chiesto il prezzo di un vestito mi è stato detto 199 poi quando sono andata in cassa x pagare mi è stato detto 259.. quando ho fatto notare la differenza di prezzo il proprietario a detto che si era sbagliato,non essendoci cartellini col prezzo mi sono dovuta fidate.. ma mi sento che mi hanno fregata..ma il vestito mi stava bene e mi piaceva. Very bad experience very unprofessional rude. .. I asked the price of a dress I was told 199 then when I went to the cashier to pay I was told 259 .. when I pointed out the price difference the owner said he was wrong, as there were no tags with price I had to trust me .. but I feel they screwed me .. but the dress fit me well and I liked it.

Con molta pazienza mi hanno aiutato a trovare la giusta soluzione per la cerimonia, grazie... Lo consiglio caldamente, ho una taglia 50/52 e in altri negozi mi hanno proposto abiti veramente inappropriati per il ruolo di madre dello sposo, qui ho trovato oltre alla professionalità della signora gentilissima che mi ha seguito, una scelta veramente lodevole. Grazie Truly qualified staff able to propose exactly what you want especially thanks to the wide choice of clothes. I highly recommend it, I have a size 50/52 and in other shops they offered me clothes that are really inappropriate for the role of mother of the groom, here I found in addition to the professionalism of the very kind lady who followed me, a truly commendable choice. Dopo 10 minuti che sono entrata qui , il titolare mi ha trovato L abito a dir poco perfetto …. Ho fatto un figurone … e inoltre mi hanno anche indirizzata da una sarta bravissima . grazie infinte I was desperate, I was soon having a wedding and I couldn't find a suitable suit, the shopkeeper next to this shop told me that I would never find what was right for me. After 10 minutes that I entered here, the owner found me the perfect dress…. I made a great impression ... and they also referred me to a very good seamstress. thank you very much

Prima di tutto, vorrei sottolineare la gentilezza del personale che, nonostante non avessimo appuntamento, non ci hanno rimandato ad altro giorno, ma accolto comunicandoci che dovevamo (giustamente) aspettare un po. Finito con altri clienti si sono messe a nostra disposizione, prodigandosi con consigli altamente professionali per farci scegliere il più adatto in considerazione della particolarità dell'evento e così è stato, tra una vasta gamma di vestiti di classe, di ottima manifattura a prezzi ragionevoli. Consiglio vivamente a tutti questo atelier e un grazie al personale tutto.

Ho acquistato un vestito per il mio diciottesimo e la sartoria del negozio doveva apportare alcune modifiche. Dopo qualche settimana sono tornata nel punto vendita per ritirare l’abito e le modifiche richieste erano state fatte davvero molto male. Sono stata costretta ad acquistare un altro vestito, ovviamente in un altro negozio. A bad experience to say the least, the staff rude and unprofessional. I bought a dress for my 18th and the tailor shop had to make some changes. After a few weeks I went back to the store to collect the dress and the requested changes had been done very badly. I was forced to buy another dress, obviously in another store.
