Gli spazi all' interno del negozio sono un po' stretti e limitati specie se c' e' un po' di gente che contemporaneamente ha bisogno del consiglio della commessa. I prezzi in generale sono abbastanza buoni e si puo' scegliere l' acquisto giusto spendendo non eccessivamente tanto. La commessa gentilissima ha chiesto alla proprietaria la conferma del possibile cambio, la.risposta è stata!!! SI. Acquisto, torno a casa, misuro ed ahimé non vanno bene. Torno in negozio per il cambio mi riceve la stessa commessa che mi aveva venduto il prodotto le chiedo il cambio e mi risponde...certo sig.ra non c è problema, (chiama, immagino fosse il responsabile o addirittura il proprietario) Mi risponde che il cambio andava fatto entro il 31.12.20, nessuno mi aveva detto questo! E lui sostiene che è impossibile. Praticamente non posso farle nessun cambio. Gli rispondo: mi faccia un buono devo acquistare i tessuti per le tende, e lui: non posso farlo. Quindi non fate cambi? No sig.ra Noi i cambi li facciamo ma fino al 31.12.20. Per farla breve mi sono sentita presa in giro e praticamente mi ha fatto buttare 90.00 euro. DEFINITIVO: IN QUESTO NEGOZIO NON SONO COERENTI TRA LORO E INAFFIDABILI. I have been a customer for several years. La commessa è stata frettolosa senza nessun motivo (c'erano pochissimi clienti), tagliando praticamente a caso la stoffa e facendomi ritrovare con 25 cm in meno rispetto al dovuto.
