j	jj gg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato qui per la prima volta e che è successo 3 giorno di ritardo e quando sono venuto non avevano neanche iniziato così ho aspettato 30 min(ovviamente non mi hanno dettto che la mia maglia non era pronta ma solo di aspettare )per ricevere la mia maglia intanto che era ancora di calda di stampa e con quello che volevo stampare era scritto in piccolo in modo che se mettevo la mano davanti neanche si veda 6 euro sprecati I went here for the first time and that happened 3 days late and when I came they hadn't even started so I waited 30 minutes (obviously they didn't tell me that my shirt wasn't ready but only to wait) to receive my knit while it was still hot from the press and with what I wanted to print was written in small so that if I put my hand in front not even see 6 euros wasted
M	Michela Pranzetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero attenzione verso il cliente: per 2 giorni, DUE, ho chiesto un preventivo via telefono e via email, specificandone l'urgenza, e la risposta era sempre "adesso arriva" e non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Quando ho richiamato per avere spiegazioni sul ritardo, mi hanno chiesto se ero ancora interessata, ovviamente ho detto di no e che dovevano cominciare a seguire meglio il cliente perché così rischiano di avere delle recensioni negative, mi hanno dato della presupponente perché loro sono un'azienda che lavora da 30 anni e non hanno bisogno di recensioni, a quel punto mi è stato attaccato il telefono in faccia (grande educazione, bravi) dicendo che loro non sono interessati a seguire la stampa di un pezzo solo perché lavorano su numeri più alti (dirmelo subito no?). Inoltre, dopo che la signorina tanto gentile mi ha attaccato il telefono in faccia, ho richiamato e non mi hanno proprio risposto. Complimenti, non so come facciate a "campare" in questo modo da così tanti anni. Zero attention to the customer: for 2 days, TWO, I asked for a quote by phone and email, specifying the urgency, and the answer was always "now comes" and I never received a response. When I called back for explanations about the delay, they asked me if I was still interested, obviously I said no and that they had to start following the customer better because they risk having negative reviews, they gave me the presupposition because they are a ' company that has been working for 30 years and needs no reviews, at that point the phone was stuck in my face (great education, good) saying that they are not interested in following the printing of a piece just because they work on higher numbers (tell me right now?). Besides, after the kind lady put the phone on my face, I called back and they didn't really answer me. Congratulations, I don't know how you have been "living" in this way for so many years.

Tanto la voglia di lavorare non fa parte della loro politica , come l’essere puntuale o tenere informato il proprio cliente . Il risultato è scandente , le direttive del cliente non vengono ascoltate e il clima lavorativo familiare è pessimo, farà fallire la “tipografia” Worst place I’ve ever been to. DO NOT GO THERE YOU’LL ONLY LOSE MONEY AND PRECIOUS TIME. DON'T GO THERE, 0 attention to the customer, YOU WILL WASTE TIME AND MONEY, YOUR DREAMS WILL ALSO DIE WITH THEM. Both the desire to work is not part of their policy, such as being punctual or keeping their customers informed. The result is scandalous, the customer's directives are not heeded and the family working climate is bad, it will cause the "typography" to fail Worst place I've ever been to. E se ancora ho un meraviglioso ricordo un motivo ci sarà... Il titolare è di una precisione e attenzione che pochi possono...dal rapporto con il dipendente al rapporto con il cliente ...ho stampato per lui e so cosa significa alzarsi la mattina ed essere felici di andare a lavoro e questo grazie a quel meraviglioso periodo stiamo parlando del 1992 ....1992!!!!! E ancora ricordo ogni momento.... Mela Grafica a mio avviso è l'ECCELLENZA nel settore. I am really stunned to read how much harshness and how much hatred for something else not appropriate ... I worked for Mela Grafica as a girl ... And if I still have a wonderful memory there will be a reason ... The owner is of a precision and attention that few can ... from the relationship with the employee to the relationship with the customer ... I have printed for him and I know what it means to get up in the morning and be happy to go to work and this thanks to that wonderful period we are talking about 1992 ... .1992 !!!!! And I still remember every moment .... Mela Grafica in my opinion is EXCELLENCE in the sector.
