★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La solita libreria Mondadori, trovi di tutto e di più, anche molto grande, ci si può perdere in mezzo a tutti i titoli. Tuttavia il negozio non è tenuto granché bene, i libri e gli oggetti in esposizione sono pieni di polvere, esci che hai le mani come se fossi stato in una miniera di carbone. Inoltre il personale non è esattamente di pieno aiuto, chiedi un titolo, ti dicono se c'è (o meno) controllando dal portale e poi ti indicano una porzione del negozio e lì te lo devi pescare tu. Sia io che una ragazza abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare ciò che avevamo richiesto dove ci era stato indicato, anche perché, in effetti, non erano dove ci avevan detto di cercare.
 The usual Mondadori bookshop, you can find everything and more, even very large, you can get lost in the midst of all the titles. However the shop is not very well maintained, the books and objects on display are full of dust, you come out with your hands as if you were in a coal mine. Furthermore, the staff are not exactly of full help, you ask for a title, they tell you if there is (or not) by checking the portal and then they point you to a portion of the shop and there you have to pick it up. A girl and I both struggled to find what we asked for where it was indicated, also because, in fact, they weren't where we were told to look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the chain of Book Stores know in Italy..it has everything from kids to Amateur n Professionals and the light reader to the serious heavy reader ...it has other miseleneous stuff to offer besides books too.....nice place to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought some books online and they've arrived in a very bad condition so for two i asked to have my money back and they gave me coupon \ gift cards but at the third one they wanted to gave me another coupon but wont take the book, replying in an impolite way!!!!! They told i could throw it way and this is outrageous!!!!! Hate this place, Feltrinelli bookstore is A Lot Better! I will definitely go there from now on....??
