Roncato suitcase and travel accessories brand store. You can find a good part of their range there. The salespeople are very professional, outgoing and courteous. They offer great advice.

Great store with a large selection of backpacks and travel suitcases. It consists of two adjacent shops with two different entrances. You can go into one and not see that there is a second one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the bag I bought, however I don't think this shop deserves more than 2 stars.
The sales assistant (I hope he wasn't the owner) was extremely rude to me. I felt he was doing me a favour in showing me his bags.
I was in the shop for less than 5 minutes when he suddenly put his hands in his face and started to grumble. I ignored it, thought maybe he's tired and stressed (it was early afternoon on a Monday), but then he took the bag, looked at me and decided that I was going to buy it, taking the bag to the till and asking me, almost shouting, if I wanted anything else. At that point I said no only this bag , paid and left. I only realised after that I was basically forced to buy the bag and kicked out of the shop. Learn the good manners, go to a customer service course and learn how to smile.
