Per revisionare una valvola EGR di un caddy 2011 mi hanno chiesto 650 euro.. Per sostituirla con una originale 930 euro. L'ho fatto fare ad un meccanico di roma e mi è costato tutto 350 euro. A voi ogni considerazione! Discreet mechanics but the most expensive I've ever seen. They even charge you for the air you breathe .. To overhaul an EGR valve of a 2011 caddy they asked me for 650 euros. To replace it with an original 930 euros. I had a mechanic from Rome do it and it cost me 350 euros. To you every consideration!

Alla mia lamentela mi è stato fatto un preventivo di 180€ .DA EVITARE! After bringing the car for a check (paid handsomely) I return home with a broken window and with a push ignition (battery randomly discharged). At my complaint I was given a quote of 180 €. TO AVOID!

Dopo tutto questo tempo sono arrivati alla conclusione che l'abs era difettoso. Tra manodopera e pezzo da cambiare mi hanno chiesto 1200 euro. L'ho portata dal meccanico di fiducia e ha sistemato il guasto con soli 130 euro!! Oltretutto sono riusciti a perdermi un tappino in plastica del cruscotto, hanno tirato via della vernice dal cofano e per finire sono riusciti a graffiarmi il passaruota posteriore sinistro. Sconsigliatissimi. Really bad. The machine took about 3 months without solving the problem. After all this time they came to the conclusion that the abs was defective. Between labor and piece to change they asked me for 1200 euros. I took it to the trusted mechanic and fixed the breakdown with only 130 euros !! Moreover, they managed to lose a plastic plug of the dashboard, they pulled paint from the hood and finally they managed to scratch the left rear wheel arch. Sconsigliatissimi.

Non ho mai ricevuto una telefonata per sapere lo stato e le tempistiche di ripristino, nonostante le mie ripetute raccomandazione all'operatrice che la vettura mi occorreva per lavorare. Absolutely bad, car entered with a problem diagnosed on Monday, replacement ordered on Wednesday (which will take a week to arrive). I never received a phone call to find out the status and timing of the restoration, despite my repeated recommendations to the operator that I needed the car to work.
