★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima struttura, ordino e prendono acconto per n 4 gomme invernali , arrivano e mi accorgo che sono gomme vecchie di 2 anni,fatte pagare al prezzo di nuovo, rimandano indietro le gomme sotto mia richiesta , arrivano altre 4 gomme vecchie datate.
Disdico vacanze e mattina partenza non curanti del danno arrecato ti rispondono " mi dispiace ".
Tutto questo in data 29 12 2021 giorno prima di capodanno.
NON CONSIGLIO QUESTA ATTIVITA POCO SERIA E SBRIGATIVA PER CAMBIARE LE GOMME CI SONO TANTISSIMI PUNTI CHE PRENDONO SUL SERIO LE RICHIESTE DEI CLIENTI.
Bad structure, I order and take down payment for 4 winter tires, they arrive and I realize that they are 2 year old tires, charged at the new price, they send back the tires at my request, another 4 old dated tires arrive.
I cancel holidays and leave in the morning, regardless of the damage caused, they answer "I'm sorry".
All this on 29 12 2021 the day before New Year's Eve.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LITTLE SERIOUS AND HURRY ACTIVITY TO CHANGE TIRES THERE ARE SO MANY POINTS THAT TAKE CUSTOMER REQUESTS SERIOUSLY.
