★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho subito un forte tamponamento che ha danneggiato seriamente la mia auto una Yaris , Per fortuna alcuni conoscenti mi hanno indirizzato a questa autocarrozzeria ancora più fortunato perchè convenzionata con la mia assicurazione.
Nonostante le mie perplessità, non conoscevo questa autocarrozzeria, mi sono subito ricreduto. Già dal primo contatto ho ricevuto attenzione e aiuto da tutti gli impiegati nella carrozzeria. abito al centro di Roma e raggiungere Settebagni dove si trova la carrozzeria e' un viaggio, con stupore mi hanno informato che sarebbero venuti loro a prendere e riportare l'auto e se mi occorreva mi davano una auto sostitutiva gratuitamente. Con una puntualità esemplare esattamente il giorno che mi avevano detto sarebbe stata pronta, ho ricevuto una telefonata per fissare la riconsegna. Meraviglioso! Gentilezza puntualità, attenzione al cliente e alle sue necessità, disponibilità, e lavoro perfettamente eseguito, riconsegna dell'auto perfettamente pulita anche all'interno, sono veramente contento di questa esperienza e non posso che complimentarmi con il Titolare e con il capo officina per la perfetta organizzazione e qualità del lavoro. è raro trovare tutte queste qualità in una unica azienda.
Tutto questo dovrebbe essere preso ad esempio da dante ditte presenti sul mercato.
Posso essere sicuro di non sbagliare a consigliarvi questa autocarrozzeria.
I suffered a strong rear-end collision that seriously damaged my car a Yaris. Fortunately, some acquaintances directed me to this bodywork even more fortunate because it has an agreement with my insurance.
Despite my doubts, I did not know this bodywork, I immediately changed my mind. Right from the first contact, I received attention and help from all the employees in the body shop. I live in the center of Rome and reaching Settebagni where the body shop is located is a journey, with astonishment they informed me that they would come to take and bring the car back and if I needed they would give me a replacement car for free. With exemplary punctuality exactly on the day I was told it would be ready, I received a phone call to arrange the delivery. Wonderful! Kindness, punctuality, attention to the customer and his needs, availability, and work perfectly performed, return of the car perfectly clean even inside, I am really happy with this experience and I can only congratulate the owner and the workshop manager for the perfect organization and quality of work. it is rare to find all these qualities in one company.
All this should be taken as an example by companies on the market.
I can be sure that I am not mistaken in recommending this bodywork to you.
