Mi è stato consigliato di tenerli fuori, ma, mentre tornavo a casa hanno iniziato a scoppiare. Li ho messi tutti dentro e ne sono scoppiati altri (per un totale di 4 su 10). Chiamo subito e mi dicono di tornare da loro senza problemi. Vado, mi gonfiano i 4 sostituti e me li fanno pagare ? io ho un negozio e non mi comporterei MAI così con un cliente. Non mi vedranno più! I was very upset. I bought everything for a small party and, of course, helium balloons. They were 10 and they did not enter the car. I was advised to keep them out, but on the way home they started to burst. I put them all in and more broke out (a total of 4 out of 10). I call immediately and they tell me to come back to them without problems. I go, they inflate the 4 substitutes and make me pay for them ? I have a shop and I would NEVER behave like this with a customer. They won't see me again!
