Mi hanno detto di aver sostituito la porticina d'accesso del caricabatterie e averla nuovamente saldata, per una cifra esagerata. Dopo pochi giorni rotto di nuovo. Portato il tablet altrove: il pezzetto non era stato affatto sostituito ma solo attaccato alla meno peggio. Risolto quindi il problema in altro negozio spendendo un quarto di quello che mi avevano chiesto. My tablet was no longer taking charge. They told me they replaced the charger access door and soldered it back on, for an exaggerated fee. After a few days it broke again. Taken the tablet elsewhere: the piece had not been replaced at all but only attached to the least worst case. So solved the problem in another shop by spending a quarter of what they asked me.

In sostanza se sono pratiche semplici le smistano subito ma qualcosa di più complicato evidenzia la poca serietà. Aggiungo risposta: Innanzitutto se mi avevate detto che mi avreste contattato attendevo un contatto che non è mai arrivato, sono frequentemente all'estero e non ho tempo da perdere per un telefono che comunque ho dovuto sostituire visto che la riparazione non avrebbe impiegato meno di qualche giorno. Inoltre l'acconto era per la cover posteriore che prima mi avevate assicurato di avere e dopo 3 mesi non c'era più...
