R	Rosanna T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente questo luogo come PUNTO DI RITIRO VINTED: ti fanno attendere in fila e spesso devi aspettare clienti con pratiche lunghissime (aperture contratti, acquisto cellulari, blocco schede etc..) , ed indipendentemente che tu debba ritirare un pacco (operazione veloce di 1 minuto) devi aspettare anche 20/30 min in fila come è successo a me. Dovrebbero loro interrompere un minuto e chiedere se qualcuno deve ritirare un pacco….invece nonostante gli venga fatto notare, nulla. Recensione unicamente riferita al ritiro VINTED - no al negozio. I strongly advise against this place as a VINTED WITHDRAWAL POINT: they make you wait in line and you often have to wait for customers with very long practices (opening contracts, buying mobile phones, blocking cards, etc.), and regardless of whether you have to collect a package (quick operation of 1 minute) you have to wait 20/30 min in line as it happened to me. They should stop for a minute and ask if anyone should pick up a package… .instead, despite being pointed out, nothing. Review refers to VINTED pickup only - no to the store.

Avete mandato indietro il mio pacco dicendo che lo avevo rifiutato, AFFERMAZIONE DEL FALSO. Adesso il mio pacco non si trova più e non si sa se e quando verrò rimborsata. Chiamo e non rispondete perché giustamente siete in ferie !!! Che era questa la.lotivazione per cui avete mandato indietro il pacco ! Vergognatevi! Never use this shop as a conduit for Vinted shipments. Shameful. One word, shameful. I reported you to UPS and vinted. You sent my package back saying I refused it, FALSE STATEMENT. Now my package is no longer found and it is not known if and when I will be refunded. I call and you do not answer because you are rightly on vacation !!!
