Appena in macchina ho scoperto che delle applicazioni che erano nel cellulare (con tanto di icona sullo schermo!), non funzionavano e sono subito rientrata. Inoltre erano spariti i miei contatti che erano salvati nella mia sim! Il proprietario del negozio mi ha detto che era normale che quelle applicazioni non funzionassero senza specificare perché. Poi ha detto che i miei contatti erano rimasti nel vecchio cell (informazione rivelatasi poi falsa). Allora ho chiesto comunque di restituire il prodotto appena comperato. Bestemmie ed insulti. Hanno anche detto che adesso avrebbero venduto il resto come usato. Ma il compratore ha diritto PER LEGGE al recesso entro un tempo stabilito. Io ero rientrata in 10 minuti! Alla fine ha ripreso il cell. Ma sono dovuta tornare nel pomeriggio perché non mi aveva dato i soldi indietro. A proposito di contatti cancellati: ho appena ricomprato un altro telefono (non allo stesso negozio) ed ho ripristinato tutto SENZA accedere al vecchio cellulare. Consigliatissimo After 2 months of punishment for a SIM portability (problem of the telephone operators and not of the shop), the shopkeeper managed, with patience, dedication and availability, to reach the goal. Highly recommended
