P	Patrizia ciocca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La dottoressa molto scortese .... inoltre ho acquistato una prodotto e arrivata a casa mi sono accorta che era usato l ho chiamati subito per informarli e non me lo hanno cambiato anzi sospettavano che lo avessi cambiato io ..aprite il prodotto prima di uscire altrimenti buttate i soldi come me ... The doctor very rude .... I also bought a product and arrived home I realized that it was used I called immediately to inform them and they did not change it I even suspected that I had changed it .. open the product before going out otherwise throw the money like me ...

Dovevo cambiare un detergente intimo perché aveva un ingrediente per cui sono allergica, purtroppo dopo una spesa di 97€ di prodotti, me ne sono accorta solo a casa. Quando sono tornata per cambiarlo non mi é stato possibile perché mi é stato detto che potevo averlo messo al forno e quindi alterato le proprietà e poi perché un cliente dovrebbe lavarsi con un sapone che io avrei toccato. Queste sono le frasi assurde dette da una persona laureata dove non andrò più. I have always served them since they opened but the Doctor has been very rude. I had to change an intimate cleanser because it had an ingredient I'm allergic to, unfortunately after spending € 97 on products, I only noticed it at home. When I came back to change it, it wasn't possible because I was told that I could have put it in the oven and then altered its properties and then because a customer should wash with a soap that I would have touched. These are the absurd phrases spoken by a graduate person where I won't go anymore.

Se non sono urgenze a volte rimando gli acquisti per farli lí apprezzando la professionalità della dottoressa, evidentemente maturata in anni ed anni di ospedale. Almeno cosí mi è stato detto quando ho fatto i complimenti per la preparazione. Pharmacy provided and friendly staff near where my sister lives. If you are not urgent at times I refer purchases lí to make them appreciate the professionalism of the doctor, apparently gained through years and years of hospital. At least that's what I was told when I complimented the preparation.

The doctors are really impeccable in the service and in the ability to grasp the needs of the customers, with great attention also for the elderly. They provide you with medicines quickly, even those that are difficult to find, they advise you with great care and attention to your needs. I am more than satisfied and I recommend this pharmacy to everyone.
