I telefoni Apple hanno un anno di garanzia ufficiale e il resto il negozio che te lo vende .ma questa cosa al contratto non te la dicono illudendo i clienti .in più non sono in grado di gestire le riparazioni . Chiamo tre volte circa a settimana e nessuno mi sa dare una risposta sensata si passano la palla l uno con l altro e chi ci rimette è il cliente che continua a pagare le rate senza mai sapere che fine abbia fatto il telefono è quando lo riavrà..un consiglio che do a tutti compratevi il telefono da un altra parte e lasciate stare gli abbonamenti . Sono stato costretto a comprare un altro cellulare .. dopo questa pessima esperienza non farò più un contratto con la tre e la sconsiglio a chiunque lo voglia fare oppure sconsiglio il negozio stesso Bad after sales assistance .. I sent an iphone 7 phone for assistance .. 4 months have passed and they still do not know when it is back ... Ogni volta sono stata seguita con competenza dall' acquisto del telefono alla scelta dell'operatore e del contratto. Cortesi e professionali non saprei consigliare un servizio migliore! S	Stefania Silenzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver acquistato due pellicole per cellulare da 30 euro ciascuna, sono dovuta tornare la prima volta perché era stata tagliata e montata male e la seconda perché entrambe sono di scarsa qualità e dopo 15 giorni restano segnate da qualsiasi contatto (mio figlio l'aveva acquistata nello stesso posto mesi fa e non ha avuto problemi). I due ragazzi del negozio non ci hanno offerto nessun tipo di assistenza anche se ci era stato detto che avevamo una garanzia sul prodotto. La conclusione è che il prodotto in vendita non vale assolutamente il costo e l'arroganza del commesso neanche. They said it will give us 1gb internet data, when we got the message it was only 100mb. We tried to call them, they only know hang up our phone, unbelievable rude. Finally we had to spend lots of time to contact the mobile phone company our own to sort out the problem. The little shop, charge people too much and provide awful service. No shame at all, they should disappear soon.
