★ ★ ★ ★ ★ abbiamo passato 4 giorni indimenticabili tra i colli toscani e per usare al meglio il tempo a nostra disposizione, abbiamo deciso di noleggiare una vespa, per poter visitare la zona facendo anche un salto nel nostro passato, il servizio è stato impeccabile, ci hanno consegnato la vespa sotto la casa in cui alloggiavamo e l'hanno ritirata sempre sotto la casa, inoltre i ragazzi erano molto simpatici e disponibili, la visita in vespa è stata molto divertente ed emozionante, peccato per la pioggia dell'ultimo giorno, ma io e la mia ragazza ci siamo comunque divertiti molto a viaggiare nelle campagne e nei paesini toscani in questi giorni.
we spent 4 unforgettable days in the Tuscan hills and to make the best use of the time available to us, we decided to rent a Vespa, to be able to visit the area by making a jump in our past, the service was impeccable, they gave us the vespa under the house where we were staying and they always collected it under the house, also the boys were very nice and helpful, the vespa visit was very fun and exciting, shame about the rain on the last day, but me and the my girlfriend, however, we had a lot of fun traveling in the Tuscan countryside and villages these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ragazzi delle vespe sono molto disponibili. Ci hanno portato le vespe in albergo la mattina e sono tornati a prenderle la sera. Visitare la zona in vespa è davvero il top!
Wasps kids are very helpful. They took the wasps to the hotel in the morning and returned to pick them up in the evening. Visiting the area on a Vespa is really top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totale assenza di servizio, non si sono neanche premurati di segnalarci la sera precedente che le vespe non fossero disponibili. Abbiamo guidato 50 km per scoprire la mattina stessa che non c’era alcuna vespa nonostante gli accordi precedenti e la conferma via mail neanche 12 ore prima. Una cosa del genere non mi era mai capitata e sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di rivolgersi a loro per una qualsiasi forma di noleggio. Va sottolineato anche che il gestore del benzinaio Tamoil (luogo deputato al ritiro) dopo aver parlato con il titolare dell’autonoleggio e alla mia domanda di poterci parlare per ricevere spiegazioni dirette, si sia rifiutato di lasciarci un numero di telefono al quale qualcuno rispondesse.
Total absence of service, they didn't even bother to report us the night before that wasps were not available. We drove 50 km to find out the same morning that there was no wasp despite previous agreements and confirmation via email even 12 hours before. Such a thing had never happened to me before and I strongly advise anyone to contact them for any form of rental. It should also be stressed that the manager of the Tamoil gas station (place of withdrawal) after having spoken with the owner of the car rental and my request to be able to talk to him for direct explanations, refused to leave us a phone number to which someone answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to reach, both on the phone and via email. Closed for three hours mid-day, making it impossible to pick up the Vespa. They said they were in Montalcino but actually it's a two kilometers walk from Montalcino (on a narrow, very busy road).

Unreachable by phone, they confirmed twice by email that the booking was ok. (But mails were very short, quite rudeactually). When we arrived there, there were no vespas. We weren't informed upfront in any way.
We will never ever go back there.
