Ammetto di non essere del mestiere e quindi accetto commenti e suggerimenti ma quando i modi sono maleducati e l'atteggiamento è sgarbato allora no! Penso che i miei acquisti verranno fatti presso un negozio in grado di farmi sentire a mio agio.
I have never felt so embarrassed as in this shop today. I admit that I am not of the trade and therefore I accept comments and suggestions but when the ways are rude and the attitude is rude then no! I think my purchases will be made at a store that can make me feel comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio si trova all'interno del centro commerciale via larga (Bologna). La cortesia del personale è ottima. Vasta scelta di prodotti per la cura del corpo e del viso,altrettanto ampia e ' quella dei profumi. I prezzi sono in linea con altri negozi simili. Si raggiunge facilmente uscita 11 della tangenziale.
The shop is located inside the Via wide shopping center (Bologna). The courtesy of the staff is excellent. A wide range of products for body and face care, as well as perfumes. Prices are in line with other similar stores. You can easily reach exit 11 of the ring road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho deciso di scrivere questa recensione visto che è la terza volta che mi sono scontrato con questo tipo di problema. Bel negozio, grande assortimento dai profumi ai cosmetici nulla da dire al riguardo. Quindi il problema non è il negozio ma il personale, scontroso e scortese. Non sto parlando della ragazze nuove (che tra l'altro sono simpaticissime e sempre sorridenti) ma di quelle che si trovano lì da più tempo. Se non riuscite a gestire la quantità di lavoro e lo stress sotto le feste cambiate ramo che è meglio.
I have decided to write this review since it is the third time that I have encountered this type of problem. Nice shop, large assortment from perfumes to cosmetics, nothing to say about it. So the problem is not the shop but the staff, surly and rude. I'm not talking about the new girls (who by the way are very nice and always smiling) but those who have been there for a long time. If you can't manage the amount of work and stress under the holidays, change which branch is better.
