★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non una buona esperienza, ho portato due paia di scarpe nuove per mettere suola di gomma per non scivolare e tacchi nuovi specificando che volevo eliminare il tipico rumore dei tacchi. Risultato? 42 euro di spesa, un paio di scarpe rovinate dalla colla sulla pelle scamosciata e tacchi nuovi, ma rumorosi come i vecchi. La sig.ra prima di me si lamentava di un brutto lavoro eseguito...a giusta ragione. Calzolaio sconsigliato, il resto non so.
Not a good experience, I brought two pairs of new shoes to put on a rubber sole so as not to slip and new heels specifying that I wanted to eliminate the typical noise of heels. Result? 42 euros of expense, a pair of shoes damaged by the glue on the suede and new heels, but noisy as the old ones. The lady before me complained of a bad job done ... with good reason. Shoemaker not recommended, I don't know the rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto 3 copie di una chiave della porta di ingresso del condominio e mi sono stati chiesti 15€/l'una. Mentre attendevo che facessero le copie, ho saputo che per la stessa chiave gli altri condomini hanno speso tra 6€ e 8.50€ in altre ferramenta di Ferrara. Devo dire che prima di fare la chiave mi era stato detto il costo, che giustificavano nella particolarità della stessa. Stupida io che gli ho creduto. Mai più!!!
I made 3 copies of a key to the front door of the building and was charged € 15 / each. While I waited for them to make the copies, I learned that the other condominiums spent between € 6 and € 8.50 in other hardware stores in Ferrara for the same key. I must say that before making the key I was told the cost, which they justified in the particularity of the key. Stupid me who believed him. Never again!!!
