Ho ordinato una Ibiza fr full optional motore 150 cv benzina, inizio gennaio 2018 caparra e acconto versati, consegna prevista 4 aprile, slittata a giugno ok , (nel frattempo ho prenotato le ferie x Luglio ) da lì silenzio assoluto, a giugno chiamo il venditore per avere qualche ragguaglio sulla consegna, mi viene detto che ci sono problemi con le consegna anzi veramente con la produzione, consegna primi di Agosto (riesco a rinviare le ferie ad Agosto sperando di avere la mia vettura nuova ) a Luglio il venditore mi viene a dire che la consegna probabilmente sarà a Settembre ma pochi giorni dopo,altra novità, non ci sono più motori disponibili per produrre la mia vettura e che non mi viene garantita la consegna ,se non per inizio 2019."per venirmi incontro" a dire loro mi viene proposta un altra vettura sempre Ibiza sempre 150 cv Fr ma di colore diverso (Non era un problema) ma praticamente una versione base senza optional, ho detto Basta !!! ho richiesto la recessione dal contratto e dopo vari tira molla con la proprietà del concessionario a fine Agosto sono riuscito ad avere indietro il minimo dei soldi da me versati (giusto il doppio della caparra e l'acconto) ,secondo loro non ho avuto nessun danno ! A parte che ho dovuto cercare una km 0 per poter andare in ferie ma non una Seat ! Complimenti anche a Seat Italia che si è lavata le mani dicendomi deve risolvere i problemi con il concessionario . Nothing to say about the capacity of the Seat seller, but the positive side ends there. I ordered an Ibiza fr full optional 150 hp petrol engine, early January 2018 deposit and deposit paid, delivery scheduled for April 4th, postponed to June ok, (in the meantime I booked the holidays for July) from there absolute silence, in June I call the seller to get some information on the delivery, I am told that there are problems with the delivery indeed with the production, delivery in early August (I manage to postpone the holidays to August hoping to have my new car) in July the seller comes to me to say that the delivery will probably be in September but a few days later, another news, there are no more engines available to produce my car and that I am not guaranteed delivery, except for the beginning of 2019. "to meet me" to tell them I am offered another car always Ibiza always 150 hp Fr but of a different color (It was not a problem) but practically a basic version without options, I said Enough !!! I requested the withdrawal from the contract and after several tugs with the ownership of the dealer at the end of August I managed to get back the minimum amount of money I paid (just double the deposit and the down payment), according to them I had no damage ! Apart from that I had to look for a km 0 to be able to go on vacation but not a Seat! Congratulations also to Seat Italia who washed their hands and told me they have to solve the problems with the dealer.
