Urban Real Estate is undoubtedly among the best real estate agencies in Trieste, one of my favorites, which I highly recommend. Tra tanti improvvisati un serio professionista che lavora con passione e puntiglio anche sugli aspetti formali ( che in questi casi vestono la sostanza). Se fosse un ristorante sarebbe un presidio Slow Food! Del resto quando acquisti o vendi casa stai facendo un passo importante. Complimenti The owner followed us in a very professional way and attentive to our needs (timing, expectations, budget). Among so many improvisers a serious professional who works with passion and care also on the formal aspects (which in these cases dress the substance). Al contatto successivo, per definire il tutto, hanno fatto presente che l'appartamento era stato affittato ad altra persona. Alle mie doglianze persona molto gentile che mi ha risposto al telefono si scusava dicendomi di non sapere i motivi del disguido. L'agente con cui avevo colloquiato durante la visita all'alloggio non ha avuto neanche la gentilezza di richiamarmi per fornirmi spiegazioni al riguardo. Credo che più che mancanza di professionalità si tratti di mancanza di rispetto ed educazione nei confronti di chi è stato rispettoso ed educato. Unprofessional and somewhat incorrect. The agent with whom I had talked during the visit to the accommodation did not even have the kindness to call me back to provide explanations about it. I believe that more than lack of professionalism it is a question of lack of respect and education towards those who have been respectful and polite.

Visionato l’appartamento con l'agente Angelica e redatta subito dopo la proposta di locazione (a neanche 24h dalla pubblicazione dell’annuncio sui siti) ci viene assicurato che non sarebbero state organizzate altre visite né prese in considerazione altre proposte finché non avessimo avuto un riscontro dal proprietario per la nostra. Dopo tre giorni di silenzio stampa cerco di contattare l’agenzia, ma l’agente di riferimento era casualmente sempre impegnata e/o irreperibile. Finalmente, l’ultimo giorno utile, sempre su mia insistenza, mi comunicano così, di botto, che l'appartamento era stato affittato ad altri. Il motivo? Il server aveva fatto confusione e mostrava un numero di telefono sbagliato, quindi poverini, non avevano avuto modo di mettersi in contatto con me. Una scusa ridicola! Ma chi volete prendere in giro? Oltre ad avervi chiamato per giorni, avevate anche il mio indirizzo mail! Alle mie rimostranze, l’agente Angelica non ha avuto neanche la gentilezza di scusarsi o di proporre alternative per rimediare al disagio causato. Quello che più mi ha infastidito, oltre alla mancanza di professionalità, è la mancanza di correttezza, trasparenza e soprattutto di RISPETTO nei confronti di clienti giovani. The server got confused and showed a wrong phone number, so poor things, they hadn't gotten to get in touch with me. A ridiculous excuse! But who are you kidding? In addition to calling you for days, you also had my email address! To my grievances, agent Angelica did not even have the kindness to apologize or propose alternatives to remedy the inconvenience caused. What bothered me most, in addition to the lack of professionalism, is the lack of fairness, transparency and above all RESPECT towards young customers.
