★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute dort mit meinem sohn und wurde sehr sehr unfreundlich behandelt...zu dem sind die preise im sale auch nicht gut...fazit nie wieder da hin unfreundliche Angestellte und schlechte auswahl ect pp.
 Was there today with my son and was treated very, very unfriendly ... the prices in the sale are also not good ... Conclusion never again there unfriendly employees and poor selection ect pp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, habe sogar vom Chef einen Rabatt von 10€ bekommen. Sehr sauber und auch viel Auswahl für Jugendliche.
Very nice staff, got even from the boss a discount of 10 €. Very clean and also a lot of choice for teenagers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima è dire poco. Dopo aver chiesto una maglia in cotone, la commessa me la mostra, una volta stesa sul bancone mi rendo conto che è una “regular” così chiedo se ne ha di slim fit. Lei continua a dirmi che quella è una versione normale, così io incalzo chiedendole se ne hanno di altre slim fit, ma lei dice che hanno solo le Polo così. La ringrazio per il suo tempo e la saluto, lei mette via la maglia stizzita senza nemmeno rispondere...cominciate bene!
It is bad to say the least. After asking for a cotton shirt, the saleswoman shows it to me, once lying on the counter I realize that it is a "regular" so I ask if she has slim fit. She keeps telling me that this is a normal version, so I keep asking her if they have any other slim fit, but she says they only have Polo shirts like that. I thank you for your time and say goodbye, you put your angry shirt away without even answering ... start well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il proprietario non indossa la mascherina, (Neanche appesa al collo) capisco quando sei solo ma se hai clienti è obbligatoria!! Non mettono la sicurezza del cliente al primo posto.
The owner does not wear a mask, (Not even hanging around his neck) I understand when you are alone but if you have customers it is mandatory !! They don't put customer safety first.

A volte però il personale non é adeguato al servizio che dovrebbe essete offerto.
In pgni caso ritemgo assolutamente non corretto il rapporto qialitá-prezzo.
Altre catene hanno prodotti migliori a prezzi più contenuti., a mio parere..
The shop, in the center, is always well stocked with the brand's products.
But sometimes the staff is not adequate for the service that should be offered.
In any case, I consider the price-quality ratio to be absolutely incorrect.
Other chains have better products at lower prices., In my opinion ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza: entro per provare un cappotto visto in vetrina. La commessa mi accoglie dopo aver concluso una telefonata. Lo provo, dico che mi sembra grande e la commessa con tono saccente mi dice che non è d’accordo, dandomi l’impressione che pretendesse che lo acquistassi subito.
Avrei dato un’occhiata anche agli altri articoli, ma il suo comportamento mi ha fatto venir voglia di uscire il prima possibile. Negozi di questo genere necessitano di commessi all’altezza e cordiali.
Nonostante il negozio sia molto piccolo, è fornito abbastanza bene.
D’ora in poi per acquistare prodotti Lacoste mi recherò in negozi come Arteni o Sorelle Ramonda, dove il servizio è a mio parere nettamente migliore.
Bad experience: I go in to try on a coat seen in the window. The saleswoman greets me after finishing a phone call. I try it, I say it seems great to me and the saleswoman tells me in a know-it-all tone that she doesn't agree, giving me the impression that she expected me to buy it immediately.
I would have taken a look at the other articles too, but his behavior made me want to get out as soon as possible. Shops of this kind need to be up to date and friendly.
Although the shop is very small, it is stocked quite well.
From now on, to buy Lacoste products, I will go to shops such as Arteni or Sorelle Ramonda, where the service is in my opinion much better.
