★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calzature di qualità in centro città! Prodotte da veri artigiani in Italia, niente marchi "famosi" con scarpe importate dall'estero. Spedendo il giusto, ho preso un paio di scarpe per me e ho regalato un paio di stivali a mia moglie, fatte in vera pelle sono belle, leggere e morbide, un piacere da usare. Ampia scelta di calzature femminili, qualcosa meno per noi maschi, almeno nel negozio di Corso Italia. Fate un giro anche nel negozio di via Dante, credo che ci sia maggiore disponibilità di calzature maschili.

Shipping right, I got a pair of shoes for myself and gifted a pair of boots to my wife, made of genuine leather they are beautiful, light and soft, a pleasure to use. Wide choice of women's shoes, something less for us males, at least in the Corso Italia store. Also take a tour of the shop in via Dante, I believe there is greater availability of men's shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non volendo riconoscere il difetto del paio di scarpe che avevo comperato il giorno prima (una scarpa era piu‘ piccola dell‘altra), e trattandomi in una maniera vergognosa non hanno voluto cambiarmele, mettendo in dubbio ogni cosa che dicevo come se la comessa fosse il giudice ed io la imputata di un furto. Davanti le mie esigenze ferme mi hanno finalmente cambiato le scarpe ma si sono rifiutandosi di rimborsarmi la differenza di prezzo o di darmi un buono. I clienti comminciarono a sentire le mie esigenze perché ero da quasi 40 minuti in questo circo e finalmente hanno chiamato il direttore, personagio che sembrava venire da oltretomba, chi molto scortesemente mi ha chiesto carta d‘identita‘, indirizzo, numero di telefono e mi ha fatto firmare un documento di attestazione di un rimborso di 2,50 euro!!!!! Non glie li ho lasciato perché si sono dimostrati scortesi, incivili e furbacchioni. Non mettero‘ mai piu‘ piede in quel negozio!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendono scarpe di pessima qualità, che spacciano per artigianali, a prezzi elevati. A ciò si aggiunge la scortesia, l'inciviltà e maleducazione del responsabile (un uomo di età avanzata). Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe che ho dovuto restituire per via di un difetto, chiedendo un cambio. Non hanno accettato la mia richiesta, nonostante non fossero scaduti i termini per il cambio; pertanto sono stato costretto a gettare le calzature di Rosini nel cassonetto della spazzatura di fronte al negozio. Una vera truffa. Non andateci!
They sell poor quality shoes, which they pass off as handcrafted, at high prices. Added to this is the rudeness, incivility and rudeness of the person in charge (a man of advanced age).
