★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è situata a circa un km dal centro città direttamente su un incrocio di strade, è recentemente ristrutturata. La camera 302 è silenziosa. Il bagno ha solo l’abbaino non apribile. Non ha reception e nessuno ha mai risposto alla mia richiesta di consigliarmi un parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Qualche dettaglio polveroso.. le lampade. Ma nel complesso pulito. Il bagno ha il bidet. Ma la doccia è piccola e poco funzionale. Non ho trovato il phon in camera. La signora delle pulizie me ne ha fornito uno la mattina seguente, ma non era funzionante.
 The property is located about one km from the city center directly on a crossroads, it has recently been renovated. Room 302 is quiet. The bathroom has only the dormer window that cannot be opened. It has no reception and no one has ever responded to my request to recommend a parking space near the structure. Some dusty detail .. the lamps. But overall clean. The bathroom has a bidet. But the shower is small and not very functional. I did not find the hairdryer in the room. The cleaning lady gave me one the following morning, but it wasn't working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella struttura,molto luminosa e pulita. Si trova a 10 Min a piedi dal centro e dall'altra parte c'è il fiume Isonzo. 2 km dal confine sloveno.
Appartamento 201 è grande e comodo: stanza matrimoniale, bagno, balcone e cucina- salotto.C'è frigo, forno,lavatrice, lavastoviglie, wifi, e bel panorama da tutte le finestre.
Balcone è proprio enorme,e pomeriggio abbiamo mangiato li.
Parcheggio per la macchina davanti all'albergo,so vede dalla finestra.
Beautiful structure, very bright and clean. It is a 10 min walk from the center and on the other side is the Soča river. 2 km from the Slovenian border.
Apartment 201 is large and comfortable: double bedroom, bathroom, balcony and kitchen-living room. There is a fridge, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and a beautiful view from all the windows.
Balcony is just huge, and we ate there afternoons.
Parking for the car in front of the hotel, I can see from the window.

I locked myself out of my room and at 9 pm and there was no one working at the hotel. I even called the EMERGENCY number but NO ONE ANSWERED. What if something serious had happened? It’s absurd...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable and modern bed/breakfast home near downtown Gorizia and on a very quiet neighborhood with ample street parking available. Staff at front desk very pleasant and cheerful and genuine. The only complaint i have was a squeaky bed but when mentioned to the staff, no follow up was done to correct it. Abundant continental breakfast choices offered. Sadly i had to leave early due to family emergency, owner offered partial refund. Good value, will consider staying again.
