★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'ottima palestra a mio parere. Essa è composta da 3 piani: il primo piano, rivolto verso il "cardio", perciò si troveranno cyclette e tapirulan;
il piano terra è il piano più grande è ci sono tutti i tipi di attrezzi rivolti al bodybuild; il piano sotto-terra invece, è rivolto al corpo libero e c'è una stanza apposita per corsi, come zumba.
Lo spogliatoio è un po' piccolo ma ho sempre trovato posto per cambiarmi; all'interno ci sono anche degli armadietti casomai avete qualcosa di importante e infine ci sono 3 docce non separate e un bagno. L'unica pecca è la mancanza di un phon che dovrete portarvelo da casa.
An excellent gym in my opinion. It consists of 3 floors: the first floor, facing the "cardio", so you will find exercise bikes and tapirulan;
the ground floor is the biggest floor and there are all kinds of gear aimed at bodybuild; the under-ground floor instead, is aimed at the free body and there is a special room for courses, such as zumba.
The changing room is a bit 'small but I always found a place to change; inside there are also lockers in case you have something important and finally there are 3 non-separate showers and a bathroom. The only flaw is the lack of a hair dryer that you have to bring home from home.
