★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad oggi possiamo ritenerci fortunati per i tanti luoghi a disposizione ma la differenza la fa chi gestisce, insegna, comunica ma soprattutto crea un percorso motivazionale.
Anna Pudia e Fabrizio Gigliotti, oltre ad essere istruttori crossfit specializzati ed atleti agonistici, riescono al meglio delle loro competenze a creare un ambiente in cui l'agonista e l'amatore hanno il medesimo supporto, con preparazioni finalizzate a secondo del tipo di obiettivo richiesto.
I risultati sono immediati, poichè quando c'è la motivazione e la voglia di imparare (grazie al loro metodo di insegnamento), vuol dire aver appreso la prima lezione e dunque preparare lo step successivo.
Provare per credere, la prima lezione è gratuita e nella vita mai accontentarsi, ma scegliere sempre il meglio per se stessi.
