Ottima accoglienza dei proprietari, con la loro passione e il loro amore riescono a farti sentire come a casa. Ottima anche la cucina, le stanze e i servizi...insomma tutto perfetto!!! Ideale anche per famiglie con bambini. Piscina e colazione stupende. Appena ci sarà possibile torneremo certamente. Beautiful farmhouse set in a natural landscape. Excellent hospitality of the owners, with their passion and their love they manage to make you feel at home. Also excellent cuisine, rooms and services ... in short, everything perfect !!! Also ideal for families with children. Amazing pool and breakfast. We will certainly return as soon as possible.

Per noi è stata la base per visitare la zona che va da Le Castella a Soverato, con qualche capatina in montagna. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la diponibilità, la cortesia, la qualità e genuinità della prima colazione. P.S. la sera si sta proprio bene, a luglio nessun caldo o afa. Quiet, clean room, great breakfast buffet. The area is scenic, surrounded by nature, from the pool seen the sea coast. For us it was the base for visiting the area from Le Castella in Soverato, with some mountain detour. We especially enjoyed the unavailability, courtesy, quality and authenticity of breakfast. P.S. the evening is just fine, in July no heat or hot.

Comoda la posizione 5 minuti dal mare, ci ha consentito in 7 giorni di visitare luoghi turistici sia di mare che di montagna, la Sila. Abbiamo acquistato dell'ottimo olio extravergine d'oliva, prodotto dall'azienda. Ci siamo rilassati con lunghe passeggiate. Lo consiglio, è stata una settimana rigenerante. I stayed in July 2019. The property is well maintained and organized. Silence and privacy. Convenient location 5 minutes from the sea, it allowed us in 7 days to visit both sea and mountain tourist places, the Sila. We purchased the excellent extra virgin olive oil, produced by the company. We relaxed with long walks. I recommend it, it has been a regenerating week.

Abbiamo scelto la camera King spaziosa e confortevole, con un'utile veranda e spazi esterni arredati. Colazione varia e abbondante. Proprietari molto cortesi e prodighi di consigli Very nice and quiet place, not far from the beaches of the Ionian sea. Location immersa nella natura, dove relax e confort regnano sovrani. Piacevole il solarium con piscina. Eccellente la cucina e le prelibatezze preparate con cura dalla titolare. Consigliatissimo. Cozy structure, very helpful owners, excellent relationship with customers. Cleanliness, and impeccable services. Location surrounded by nature, where relaxation and comfort reign supreme. The solarium with swimming pool is pleasant. Excellent cuisine and delicacies prepared with care by the owner. Highly recommended.

Oltre alla posizione felice, ricordo con piacere la stupenda ospitalità dei titolari: la signora ci portava a colazione un dolce fatto in casa sempre diverso e deliziosissimo... e una notte di agosto ci ha invitati a goderci la piscina oltre l'orario, in piena notte... che calorosa ospitalità, che nostalgia. After some time (two years have passed!) I was reminded of this delightful farmhouse where we really breathed the air of home. In addition to the happy position, I remember with pleasure the wonderful hospitality of the owners: the lady brought us for breakfast a homemade cake that was always different and delicious ... and one night in August she invited us to enjoy the pool after hours, in middle of the night ... what warm hospitality, what nostalgia.

e	elizabeth donovan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 10 days with my family at Colle del Sindaco and it was the most relaxing vacation we had in a long time. The apartment was clean, and the place is surrounded by olive trees, grass areas and amazing view over. A big plus is the location, with lots of charming little towns just 20-40 minutes away by car (Soverato, Le Castella, La Sila (on the lakes), Squillace, Catanzaro Lido, etc.) . We used to explore one town during day, have lunch there, and come back to Colle del Sindaco to enjoy the sunset. The family that runs the place is friendly and helpful, and speak good English. You can have dinner there, but you must tell them in advance because they buy everything fresh on the same day. Food and wine were good and reasonably priced, and we ended up dining there very often.
