Mi dicono solo che il pacco è fermo a Lamezia e che siccome hanno molte consegne non mi può essere garantita la data di consegna del mio pacco! Ma stiamo scherzando? Ci rendiamo conto di quanto sia pessimo il vostro servizio? Non è corretto quello che fate e come vi comportate! Sicuramente la prossima volta che acquisterò qualcosa online, verificherò prima a chi verrà affidata la consegna perché tutto ciò è veramente inaccettabile! I am waiting for a package to be delivered from 7 December ... we have 17 and every day I call UPS customer service without any news. They just tell me that the package is still in Lamezia and that since they have many deliveries I cannot be guaranteed the delivery date of my package! Are we joking? Do we realize how bad your service is? It is not correct what you do and how you behave! Surely the next time I buy something online, I will first check who will be entrusted with the delivery because all this is really unacceptable!

Al numero di telefono della sede si può provare per giorni tanto non risponderà nessuno, sul tracking ci sono prove di consegna inesistenti, nessun corriere che ti contatti tramite i dati forniti al mittente, il pacco si trova presso la sede da 4 giorni.. 4 giorni!!! Prendete seri provvedimenti altrimenti cambiate mestiere... incapaci! Giving a star for skills and professionalism below zero seems too much to me. You can try the phone number of the office for days so no one will answer, on the tracking there are non-existent proofs of delivery, no courier who contacts you via the data provided to the sender, the package has been at the office for 4 days .. 4 days !!! Take serious measures otherwise change jobs ... incapable!
v	viviana sprovieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il centro ups peggiore che esista. Il mio pacco è scomparso nel nulla, mai partito, hanno un numero di telefono ma solo per finta perché nessuno ti risponde! Intanto io ho perso soldi e vestito e vinted sta per annullare la mia transazione. Cambiate lavoro! The worst ups center there is. My package has disappeared into thin air, never left, they have a phone number but only for pretense because no one answers you! Con altri corrieri mi trovo meglio. Twice the products I ordered on Zalando are returned to the sender without calling or ringing the intercom. With other couriers I am better off.
A	Alessio De Bartolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un po' difficile contattare i vari centri di distribuzione, ma la loro efficienza va ben oltre il normale, un pacco mi è arrivato dalla Germania in tre giorni con spedizione normale, consegnato un giorno in anticipo. Ottimi a pressi ragionevoli. Mi hanno perso un pacco,dicendo che è stato consegnato..non sono stata aiutata a risolvere il problema,anzi mi è stato detto di chiedere ai vicini se è stato lasciato a loro il pacco..vi sembra normale che un corriere lasci un pacco in giro??? Non risponde mai nessuno e per contattarli t chiamano loro dopo giorni...aspetto una chiamata per la soluzione del problema da 24 ore... corrieri poco seri e affidabili. La segnalerò a vita. Professionalism equal to zero. They lost a package, saying it was delivered ...
