Non mi fanno la consegna c/o il deposito del cliente, come da bolla, ma vogliono costringere il cliente ad andarsi a prendere il prodotto dal furgone dove dicono loro!. Chiedo chiarimenti x telefono e mi lasciano appeso finché non cade la linea questo più volte e chiaramente non richiamano. Nel frattempo la mozzarella è da 3 giorni sul loro camion.
Negative experience I send a sample of very fresh product to a customer. They do not deliver me to the customer's warehouse, as per delivery note, but they want to force the customer to go and get the product from the van where they say !. I ask for clarification on the phone and they leave me hanging until the line drops this several times and clearly do not call back. Meanwhile, the mozzarella has been on their truck for 3 days.
