★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenoto un pacco da zalando privé noto che non mi arriva così uso il codice tracking per verificare dove sia e vedo che hanno dichiarato che hanno fatto 3 tentativi(falsi) perché io ero in casa in quelle date ed ore. Chiamo alla sede di milano e chiedo di portarlo ad un punto ritiro nella mia città, fanno tutta la richiesta. Mi chiamano loro di Marcellinara e mi chiedono conferma, dico di si che lo ritiro io al punto ritiro e loro invece me lo rimandano indietro senza autorizzazione. Non solo non svolgono il loro lavoro si prendono pure la briga di decidere per te. Ho segnalato tutto alla sede base e zalando.
 I book a package from zalando privé I notice that it does not arrive so I use the tracking code to check where it is and I see that they have declared that they have made 3 (false) attempts because I was at home at those dates and times. I call the Milan office and ask to take it to a collection point in my city, they make all the requests. They call me from Marcellinara and ask me for confirmation, I say yes that I collect it at the pick-up point and instead they send it back to me without authorization. Not only do they not do their job, they also take the trouble to decide for you. I reported everything to the base office and zalando.
