★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io ancora non riesco a capire come un' eccellenza nel mondo dei trasporti come DHL abbia come fornitori questi corrieri. Il loro punto di forza è non andare in consegna sulla zona, mettere la merce in giacenza e dire che a casa non hanno trovato nessuno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zero assoluto; dopo 6 giorni di attesa per una consegna non so ancora quando arriverà...al telefono aziendale non risponde nessuno e inviano dei tracking tramite mail che puntualmente non corrispondono alla situazione reale; ti invitano a recarti nel punto di smistamento più vicino per il ritiro della merce ma una volta arrivato a destinazione non trovi il pacco....sinceramente non capisco come riescano a stare in piedi alcune realtà aziendali come questa che tra l'altro gestiscono delle commesse di realtà ben più importanti tipo UPS ed altre...do una stella perchè non si pùo mettere meno uno o anche di più....

Avrei dato molto volentieri 0 ,ma purtroppo non si può, in primo luogo nono rispondono mai ai recapiti , secondo dopo aver concordato con ups che sarei stato contattato entro un ora sto ancora aspettando dopo 12 giorni, un pacco proveniente dai Paesi Bassi arriva in 2 giorni e mezzo a Lamezia, e da Lamezia non riesce ad arrivare a Cosenza in 15 giorni nessuno ti contatta magari scusandosi del ritardo anzi chiami tu e non ti risponde mai nessuno, provate ad immaginare che tipo di organizzazione che hanno
Ps se nel caso vi sfiora per la mente di fare una spedizione con questi portatelo a mano arrivate prima voi a piedi che loro con i mezzi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perché non si può mettere 0. Purtroppo spedizionieri blasonati a cui potete risalire osservando le foto appaltano la distribuzione per la regione a questi incompetenti. Si sono tenuti un pacco in "giacenza" più di 10gg scrivendo sul tracking on line che l'indirizzo era errato. In realtà non hanno mai consegnato. Recatomi di persona per ritirare il pacco che io stesso avevo spedito da Roma(!) per una localita a nemmeno 50km da Marcellinara, ho potuto constatare la totale inefficienza di questa azienda. Evitare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pacco UPS per un regalo importante, ha impiegato meno giorni dal Belgio , passando dalla Germania che da Lamezia a Catanzaro. Non rispondono al telefono ma la presa in giro è che nella descrizione dettagliata della spedizione, da 5 giorni, compare la dicitura “Il destinatario ha richiesto di ritardare la consegna”, ovviamente totalmente falso, manovra effettuata per non permettermi di fare reclamo. Questo è quando non si compra da Amazon, dove i corrieri hanno delle penali se non consegnano in tempo. Grazie per la presa in giro. Attendo il pacco se arriva o fino a quando ho modo di fare reclamo serio.
