★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 'tre giorni che sto a casa aspettare un pacco che non arriva il quinto giorno telefono alle poste che mi dicono il pacco l anno rimandato indietro motivo indirizzo errato ma non è vero poi hanno numero Cell. Per avvisare e non l anno fatto quindi sono molto deluso del servizio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In genere quando si paga la consegna a casa si intende che il pacco sia recapitato al proprio domicilio...stranamente in questa ditta le regole sembrano diverse....una volta mi chiama il corriere per lasciarmi il pacco (piccolo per foruna) all'alimentari a 700mt perché non poteva arrivare al mio domicilio....un'altra volta chiede di andarlo a ritirare in una piazzetta vicina...ma oggi si è superato, dicendo che non poteva spegnere il furgone a causa della batteria difettosa mi chiede di andare a recuperare il pacco (stavolta grande più o meno 25kg di peso) a 700 mt da casa, nonostante avessi specificato che sarei dovuta andare a piedi ha garantito dicendo che il pacco era piccolo (25kg circa piccolo?) e facilmente trasportabile....vista l'esperienza una recensione negativa è il minimo che si possa fare

Sul sito è riportato orario di chiusura della filiale Catanzaro alle ore16.00 e, dopo essermi scapicollato per 20 km per essere li alle 15.15, scopro un foglietto appicicato vicino alla saracinesca chiusa che avvisava che l'orario era dalle 13 alle 14. Ma non potevano aggiornare il sito? Sta di fatto che io buona parte della merce deperibile la devo gettare via. Ma vi pare serio? Sapendolo prima mi sarei organizzato diversamente. Considerazione per il cliente zero. Abbiatelo presente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso di aver letto tutte le recensioni prima di scrivere quest'ultima, e di utilizzare i corrieri per lavoro, mi è chiero che la maggiorparte dei consumatori hanno idee abbastanza confuse sulla movimentazione della merce. Di qui i feedback poco realistici. Ho atteso di verificare la professionalità su due pacchi, sono stati chiari con i nostri clienti, e veloci nella consegna, anche un giorno prima!
Given that I have read all the reviews before writing this one, and of using couriers for work, I am sure that most consumers have quite confused ideas about the handling of goods. Hence the unrealistic feedback. I waited to check the professionalism on two packages, they were clear with our customers, and fast in delivery, even a day before!
