Ho effettuato oltre 50 spedizioni credendo di spedire con nexive , ma soltanto all'invio dei traking mi son resa conto che utilizzavano un'altro corriere " fratelli liccardi " che con tutto il rispetto ... chi sono ? chi mai li ha sentiti? e i risultati infatti non sono tardati ad arrivare ; merce arrivata con ritardo di ben 25/ 30 gg e danneggiati , traking non aggiornati e quando provavo a chiedere informazioni sullo stato delle mie spedizioni la risposta era sempre la stessa " ci sono molte spedizioni , in tutta Italia è così " . Ovviamente le spedizioni visto la situazione covid e il periodo natalizio sono triplicate e qualche giorno di ritardo era comprensibile ma un mese NO !!! Ho affidato anche altri pacchi a corrieri più seri tipo Bartolini e la merce è stata consegnata con qualche giorno di ritardo si , ma integra . Really bad. They offer an awkward service! I also entrusted other packages to more serious couriers such as Bartolini and the goods were delivered a few days late, yes, but intact.
