Mio padre ha spedito questo pacco lunedì e gli è stato garantito che il pacco sarebbe arrivato a me mercoledì mattina. Mi arriva il messaggio di ricezione pacco dalle 11 e le 14, aspetto fino alle 19 ma niente. Il giorno dopo, così come i successivi, chiamavo e mi veniva sempre garantito l'arrivo per quel giorno stesso, senza mai arrivare. Mio padre si reca alla sede e gli viene detto che il pacco mi sarebbe arrivato il lunedì seguente, pur aver espresso mio padre l'esigenza di un arrivo immediato vista la presenza, nel pacco, di farmici urgenti a me necessari. Il pacco è arrivato lunedì, il corriere con arroganza mi ha "buttato" il pacco davanti al portone ridendo per le condizioni nelle quali era. Servizio pessimo.
