★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a SIM for our time in Italy. The young man was very nice and helpful. We had to return to the store because the SIM was too big and he had a tool to cut it. When the SIM didn't work in our phone, he put it is his to make sure it was a good SIM. It was and we put it back in my phone. My phone was just slow to recognize the SIM. We also went back for him to listen to how much time and date was remaining. With my Italian and his English, we were set.
