We went to change a donated garment, the shop manager was rude. Polite saleswoman. Too bad for how they replied, I will not go back to this shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io adoro i negozi Benetton però ieri ven. 08/04 a Riva del Garda nel primo pomeriggio non ho trovato l’educazione che si dovrebbe riservare ad un cliente.
Fuori dalla porta c’era il responsabile, credo intento ad accendersi una sigaretta, che non ha risposto al mio “Buongiorno”.
Idem appena sono entrata nel negozio: due commesse prese con la responsabile per definire le taglie da esporre in vetrina: tg. 42, 44.
La stessa cosa è stata riservata alla cliente che entrata dopo di me: è risultata invisibile.
Il primo biglietto da visita per qualsiasi negozio è il saluto perché denota considerazione per il cliente il quale paga gli stipendi anche ai proprietari/responsabili/commesse!
Se anche avessi voluto acquistare qualcosa l’indifferenza ricevuta mi ha indisposta non poco che subito dopo sono uscita perché tanto in questo punto di vendita i clienti evidentemente non servono!
I love the Benetton shops but yesterday Fri. 08/04 in Riva del Garda in the early afternoon I have not found the education that should be reserved for a client.
Outside the door was the manager, I think intent on lighting a cigarette, who did not answer my "Good morning".
Ditto as soon as I entered the shop: two orders taken with the manager to define the sizes to be displayed in the window: tg. 42, 44.
The same thing was reserved for the client who entered after me: she turned out to be invisible.
The first business card for any shop is the greeting because it denotes consideration for the customer who also pays the wages to the owners / managers / orders!
Even if I had wanted to buy something, the indifference received made me not a little indisposed that immediately afterwards I went out because customers are obviously not needed at this point of sale!
