★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe hier einen Schnorchel mit Brille gekauft. Der Schnorchel war leider nach zweimaligem benutzen defekt. So dass Wasser unten am Ablauf beim Schnorcheln eingetreten ist.
Der Besitzer wollte darauf hin das Produkt nicht erstatten, sondern nur ersetzen. Mit der Begründung, das der Kauf schon mehr als einen Tag her ist. Dies musste ich also annehmen.
Ich empfehle vergleichbare Produkte nicht im Urlaub zu kaufen.
I bought a snorkel with glasses here. The snorkel was broken after using it twice. So that water entered the drain while snorkeling.
The owner did not want to refund the product, just replace it. On the grounds that it was more than a day ago. So I had to accept this.
I do not recommend buying comparable products on vacation.

We went there and we didn't buy any toys .... then through the phone they were very kind ... they sent the toys to me by courier. Thank you very much for your availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this place is just amazing. We got a big floaty a good while back and popped in today to inflate a part of it that's deflated. While inflating it we discovered there is a whole and the owner offered us to get a new one. He didn't even ask for a receipt which we didn't have as it was such a long time since we bought it. My daughter is over the moon, this is so kind, an outstanding customer service! Also the shop itself is excellent, huge selection of toys. Thank you!!
