L ultima volta ho ricevuto invece un servizio competente e gentile da un commesso nn più giovanissimo del reparto cellulari, per cui mi sento di dare una stellina in più solo per lui. È in grado di consigliare e si vede che è esperto. Se cercate un cellulare è il top

L'unica volta che sono riuscita a ricevere una risposta, la mia chiamata è stata trasferita al reparto telefonia che ovviamente non ha risposto..
Poca professionalità..
Deludente, davvero!
Whenever you try to call for information, at any time and on any day of the week other than the weekend, nobody ever answers.
The only time I was able to get an answer, my call was transferred to the telephony department which obviously did not answer ..
Little professionalism ..

I went on the website and put a Samsung TV in the trolley.after half and hour they had put the price up by 50 euro.so i then decide to buy another model to stay within my budget.i order it online with standard delivery.i receive the confirmation email stating that the tv will be delivered in TEN DAYS.since I was at home in italy only for one week ,I needed it before this.so I cancelled the order and went to the store to purchase the tv directly.i purchased it in the store.when I arrived home ,I went on unieuro website and noticed that the tv was 40 euro cheaper than in store ( even if you order online but pick up in the shop you get the cheaper price) When i asked for the difference to be refunded i was told that online prices are different to store prices and that I will NOT be refunded.this is NOT specified on the website.i purchased this tv in the San Giorgio delle pertiche branch.i feal robbed and will never use this company again.i buy both online and offline in the UK and Ireland and have never had issues with price differences. I just can't accept this and feel that I have been cheated!
