Oggi, verso le 17.30, mi sono presentata in questo negozio a ritirare un acquisto Blukids fatto on-line esibendo dal cellulare copia della e-mail per il ritiro e la fattura, ma la commessa non ha voluto consegnarmi i prodotti perchè non avevo stampato la fattura. La commessa ha continuato a ripetere che c'era scritto nella e-mail di stampare la fattura (vero) ed ha aggiunto che non era corretto far consumare loro cartucce di toner per stampare le fatture dei clienti. Ammetto di non aver prestato attenzione a questa specifica. La merce però l'ho pagata. I documenti di riconoscimento li avevo. Il mio cellulare funzionava. Il loro terminale funzionava. Morale: se la politica della catena di abbigliamento è quella indicata dalla commessa, meglio non fare acquisti da Blukids (posso garantire che altre catene di abbigliamento gestiscono il tutto in modo più efficiente). Se invece la scortesia è stata della commessa/negozio, ritengo sia stata ingiustificata e fuori luogo. Punteggio: zero stelle!
Bad. Today, around 5.30 pm, I went to this shop to collect a Blukids purchase made online by showing a copy of the e-mail for collection and invoice from my mobile phone, but the saleswoman did not want to deliver the products to me because I had not printed the bill. The saleswoman kept repeating that it was written in the e-mail to print the invoice (true) and added that it was not correct to have them use up toner cartridges to print customer invoices. I admit I didn't pay attention to this specification. But I paid for the goods. I had the identification documents. My cell phone worked. Their terminal worked. Moral: if the policy of the clothing chain is the one indicated by the saleswoman, it is better not to shop at Blukids (I can guarantee that other clothing chains manage everything more efficiently). If, on the other hand, the rudeness was from the saleswoman / shop, I think it was unjustified and out of place. Score: zero stars!
