★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto bello e fornito da 5 stelle, la mia esperienza da 1 stella , comperato 1 mese fa per mia moglie collana e coppia di orecchini swarosky, l'orecchino ha perso 1 pietra con regolare garanzia portato ma la commessa tale C...A , mi ha detto che è fuori produzione(dopo 1 mese??), e che forse mi daranno un buono di pari valore perché si sarà tolta causa del probabile bagno fatto con loro addosso (mah!!!) , quindi venduto a prezzo pieno materiale fuori produzione e non riparabile? Da loro nell'altro negozio e qua avevo acquistato molte cose ma essere trattato così mai . Fate voi
Dopo un po' di giorni dopo essere stato contattato dal titolare con scuse , tiratura di orecchie dipendente e sistemazione degli orecchini direttamente da lei.
Merita un grazie e un 5 stelle.
Very nice shop and supplied by 5 stars, my experience from 1 star, bought 1 month ago for my wife necklace and pair of swarosky earrings, the earring lost 1 stone with regular guarantee brought but the saleswoman such C ... A , he told me that it is out of production (after 1 month ??), and that maybe they will give me a voucher of the same value because it will be removed because of the probable bathroom done with them (mah !!!), then sold at full price discontinued and unrepairable material? From them in the other shop and here I had bought many things but never be treated like this. You do
After a few days after being contacted by the owner with an apology, employee ear pulling and setting of the earrings directly by her.
It deserves a thank you and a 5 star rating.
