★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even know what the manager is doing there or if he's doing his job! But his staff is absolutely disgraceful! The guy who was working there this morning had the audacity to get angry and higher up is tone of voice because we didn't wanted to get insurence. Basically he was forcing us to get it and also said "all of you are crazy because you don't want to make insurence". He couldn't understand that if the phone smashes, i'll buy another one, i don't really care about your insurence!
After this, we were ready to pay the phone and at the till the phone price was with 100€ more. Their excuse is that they forgot to take the promotions off. No one cares that you forgot to do your job and couldn't even deliver good costumer service.
But all the best to you unieuro and your employes!
Ps: Shame of you!
