2 erano i problemi, il case di ricarica che non alimentava più correttamente l’holder, e quest’ultimo che ormai aveva un saporaccio (probabilmente colpa dell’utilizzo molto intenso ?). La prima volta mi hanno sostituito il case per il problema sopraccitato, dopo due giorni sono tornato per il problema dell’holder ed é stato sostituito anch’esso in garanzia.
Che dire, attente/i al cliente e molto gentili, sia il ragazzo che entrambe le ragazze bionde! ❤️
Se dovesse arrivare al vostro management: Premiate il vostro staff, che sa decisamente lavorare!

I went to this store to take advantage of the guarantee on my iqos given to me about 2 years ago.
There were 2 problems, the charging case no longer feeding the holder correctly, and the latter which by now had a bad taste (probably the fault of very intense use ?). The first time they replaced the case for the aforementioned problem, after two days I returned for the problem of the holder and it was also replaced under warranty.
What can I say, attentive to the customer and very kind, both the boy and both the blonde girls! ❤️
If it comes to your management: Reward your staff, who definitely know how to work!
