★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi sono mai trovato bene. Personale poco cordiale e non attento alle esigenze dei clienti (secondo il mio parere). Il cliente sembra quasi non esista o sia di disturbo. Alle casse, poi, non ne parliamo. Se ti dovessero salutare lo fanno con molto sforzo. I prodotti invece sono buoni e forse sono i veri nostri interlocutori!
 I have never been comfortable. Unfriendly staff and not attentive to customer needs (in my opinion). The customer hardly seems to exist or is a nuisance. At the cash desks, then, we don't talk about it. If they say hello to you, they do it with a lot of effort. The products, on the other hand, are good and perhaps they are our real interlocutors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se un negozio fisico non si caratterizza per il servizio al cliente, la presenza, competenza e prontezza del personale è inevitabile che la gente si rivolga agli store online. Un'ora di attesa per parlare con un addetto per l'acquisto di un TV 55pollici. A terminale risulta disponibile a magazzino, addetto va a cercarla ma non la trova e passa un altro quarto d'ora. Allora optiamo per lo stesso modello da 50pollici. Addetto sparisce di nuovo e non vedendolo tornare si esaurisce la dose di sopportazione e me ne torno a casa a mani vuote.

At the terminal it is available in stock, an employee goes to look for it but does not find it and another quarter of an hour passes. Then we opt for the same 50-inch model. Employee disappears again and not seeing him return runs out of tolerance and I go home empty-handed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in negozio aspetti delle mezz'ore, anche quando non ci sono clienti, ordini la merce pagando acconto.... ma non arriva....! telefoni per chiedere info e staccano la linea.... insomma, sono loro che ti fanno un piacere se vai a comperare. Fidatevi, andate da altri, che vi accolgano e vi seguano come clienti, non come un fastidio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, ho chiamato svariate volte con il negozio aperto per chiedere se un prodotto era disponibile in negozio.
Il risultato è stato che tutte le chiamate che ho fatto sono state rifiutate dall’operatore che si sentiva che alzava e riattaccava la linea.
Infine sono anche riuscito a parlare con un operatore che mi ha detto che verificava la disponibilità del prodotto in negozio e poi mi ha messo giù.
Una vera e propria presa in giro.
