Impegnatisi per cercare di mandarmi un altro loro tecnico e d’accordo che mi avrebbero richiamato per una risposta sia positiva che negativa , sono rimasta in attesa inutilmente. Non affidabili.
 Without even 24 hours in advance they canceled an appointment that I had made days before for an absolutely necessary and important intervention on the bathroom pipes. Undertook to try to send me another technician of theirs and agreed that they would call me back for both a positive and negative response, I was waiting in vain. Not reliable.
