★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognoso: aprile 2021 mi consegnano il divano,constatiamo subito insieme all'addetto alla consegna un difetto nel tessuto di un copri poggia testa. Invio seduta stante foto e richiesta di sostituzione, che mi viene garantita in tempi brevi. Nel frattempo mi chiedono di portare la parte difettata al punto vendita, dove l'addetta che mi aveva venduto il divano conferma che il difetto non è riparabile e necessita sostituzione. Dicembre 2021, dopo aver sentito scuse di tutti i generi, la sostituzione ancora non c'è stata e temo non avverrà mai. Serietà pari a zero. Sconsigliatissimo
Shameful: in April 2021 they give me the sofa, we immediately see together with the delivery clerk a defect in the fabric of a headrest cover. Sending photo immediately and request for replacement, which is guaranteed to me in a short time. In the meantime, they ask me to take the defective part to the store, where the clerk who sold me the sofa confirms that the defect is not repairable and needs replacement. December 2021, after hearing apologies of all kinds, the replacement has not yet taken place and I fear it will never happen. Seriousness equal to zero. Not recommended

Una persona stupenda… ci ha subito conquistato tra gentilezza, professionalità e simpatia.. abbiamo trovato il nostro divano, perfetto x noi e x ki come noi ha tre cani e due gatti ….
Ci siamo fatti un bel regalo di Natale.
We turned to the shop in Borgo San Dalmazzo in the province of Cuneo where Mr. Lorenzo…. A wonderful person… he immediately conquered us with kindness, professionalism and sympathy .. we found our sofa, perfect for us and for ki like us he has three dogs and two cats….
We got ourselves a nice Christmas present.
