Mi serviva una cover per un tablet e mi sono fidato delle parole di uno dello staff, ma invece mi hanno rifilato una cover huawei con il pretesto che sia universale per i tablet con dimensione 10.1.
Morale: una cover inutilizzabile perché scomodissima ed ingombrante per la dimensione effettiva del tablet in mio possesso.

I needed a cover for a tablet and I trusted the words of one of the staff, but instead they gave me a huawei cover under the pretext that it is universal for tablets with size 10.1.
Moral: an unusable cover because it is very uncomfortable and bulky for the actual size of the tablet in my possession.

Mi hanno venduto un articolo che doveva essere solamente stato esposto, ma una volta guardato bene mi sono accorta che invece era stato usato già da qualcuno. C'erano segni di usura, sporcizia e graffi. Non rispondono mai al telefono durante l'orario di apertura. Il personale non è preparato, continuavano a confondere articoli simili, ho dovuto controllare più volte assieme all'addetto il codice a barre dell'articolo perché non riuscivano a trovare nemmeno la scatola giusta. Molto brutto anche il banco espositivo, i prodotti sono buttati disordinatamente uno sull'altro e vengono confusi prezzi e modelli.
I absolutely do not recommend this point of sale. They sold me an item that was only supposed to have been exhibited, but once I looked closely I realized that it had already been used by someone. There were signs of wear, dirt and scratches. They never answer the phone during opening hours. The staff is not trained, they kept confusing similar items, I had to check the barcode of the item several times with the assistant because they could not even find the right box. The display counter is also very bad, the products are thrown in disorder one on top of the other and prices and models are confused.
